Dr. Jaimee Weigle

Managing DVM

Dr. Weigle has always known she wanted to be a veterinarian as far back as she can remember.  She was accepted into the Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine Early Entry Program out of high school.  She went on to successfully complete this program, earning a bachelor’s degree in 2006 from Mississippi State in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree in 2010 from the College of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation from veterinary school she completed an intensive rotating internship in Internal Medicine, Surgery, Critical Care/Emergency, Oncology, and Neurology at Carolina Veterinary Specialists in Greensboro North Carolina.  She enjoys all areas of veterinary medicine, but her areas of special interest include: critical care/intensive care, endocrine disorders, Soft tissue surgeries of all types, emergency surgical interventions, wound care, trauma, all aspects of general wellness,  management of geriatric patients, and feline medicine (remember: ”cats are not small dogs”). Due to her husbands’ military career – the family moved frequently and Dr. Weigle has practiced in both Emergency and General Practice facilities in Alabama, Germany, and various cities throughout Texas. Her family is happy to be placing permanent roots in Kingwood. She is happily married to her husband, Wes Weigle, and together they have 4 children (all boys) as well as 3 dogs and 2 cats.  She enjoys spending time outdoors on the greenbelt, watching her sons play baseball, family time, cooking, painting, interior decorating, and traveling.

Dr. Lauren Phillips

Dr. Lauren Phillips

Dr. Phillips as she tells it “wanted to be a veterinarian since she was in her mother’s womb”. Dr. Phillip’s journey through life, has consisted of many exciting chapters!  As soon as she could walk, she was following her grandfather around on his farm, helping with the care of the animals. She would pick up strays animals, bring them home, and hide them in her room. She graduated from Southern University with a dual degree in Animal Science and Biology. She then embarked on her journey to attend the distinguished college of Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine to make her dreams come true. She has been practicing in the Houston area since 2013. She has a special place in her heart for senior care and pain management as well as adores to snuggle with puppies and kittens. She loves to volunteer in her spare time at various places and at the schools that her lovely 5 children attend. Her clients often rave about her compassion and her attention to detail.
